At Duval Precision Grinding, we believe that our grinders are our most important asset, which is why we invest time and resources in the continuous improvement of their abilities. We welcome individuals of all experience levels who are interested in a career in precision grinding, and we do our best to make it possible for them to grow and learn while they are here. We also look for experienced candidates who can bring their knowledge and experience from previous positions to the table.

Combining Unique Experience and Skillsets to Maximize Results

Recently, we brought on Daniel to be a part of our team. Daniel comes to Duval with several decades of experience and is knowledgeable in a wide range of machining and grinding skillsets. He is a problem-solver who can engineer solutions to complex programs and processes. There’s no training that can replace his years of hands-on experience.

Daniel stood out as a candidate who presented a variety of valuable skills that are necessary for all aspects of high-quality precision grinding. He is able to produce high-quality tooling for machines and fixtures, and he is familiar with general aerospace assemblies and commercial components. His credentials include serving as an ISO Internal Auditor for 19 years and working as an FAA certified repairman for 17 years.

Not only will Daniel’s experience be an important asset for maintaining Duval’s capacity to produce high-quality components for our clients, but he can also provide insight and guidance for our less experienced staff. Having acted as a supervisor for many years in previous positions, he knows how to coordinate teams, how to communicate effectively, and how to help troubleshoot any problems that may arise.

A Rewarding and Challenging Career

Though he has worked in machine shops in the past, Daniel has remarked that working at Duval has been one of the most positive experiences of his career.

My coworkers have all been team players. Everyone here is dedicated and very knowledgeable. Honestly, I’m learning as much from them as they are learning from me, and it’s been very rewarding to help each other improve. I would absolutely recommend Duval to anyone who wants a career in grinding. They are a stable company with plenty of work. I see a strong future here at Duval.”
